# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • The sweet smoky beans create this incredible flavor base you never get from regular cheese-only nachos
  • Everything comes together in under 30 minutes but tastes like something from a proper restaurant
  • The contrast between hot melted cheese and cool fresh toppings is absolutely addictive
02 -
  • Drain the beans slightly first or you will end up with soggy chips in the middle of the platter
  • Let the nachos rest for about 2 minutes after baking or the toppings will slide right off when you try to eat them
  • Work quickly once you add the fresh toppings so the cheese stays hot and melty underneath
03 -
  • A mix of thin and thick chips gives you the best texture contrast
  • Grate your own cheese instead of buying pre-shredded for much better melting
