Baked Brie with Apricot Preserves (Print Version)

A warm Brie wheel topped with apricot preserves and pecans, perfect for elegant entertaining.

# What You Need:

→ Cheese & Dairy

01 - 1 (8-ounce) wheel Brie cheese

→ Toppings

02 - 1/3 cup apricot preserves
03 - 1/4 cup pecans, roughly chopped
04 - 1 tablespoon honey (optional)

→ Garnish & Serving

05 - 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves (optional)
06 - Crackers or sliced baguette, for serving

# Directions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 375°F. Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Place the wheel of Brie on the prepared baking sheet. If desired, score the top of the Brie with a sharp knife in a crosshatch pattern.
03 - Spread the apricot preserves evenly over the top of the Brie. Sprinkle with chopped pecans and drizzle with honey if using.
04 - Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the Brie is soft and starting to ooze but not completely melted.
05 - Remove from the oven and let stand for 2–3 minutes. Transfer to a serving platter and garnish with fresh thyme if desired.
06 - Serve warm with crackers or sliced baguette.
