Festive sparkling punch with cranberry, orange, pineapple, ginger ale, citrus slices and mint — bright, easy to share.

# What You Need:

→ Fruit Juices

01 - 2 cups cranberry juice
02 - 1 cup orange juice
03 - 1 cup pineapple juice

→ Fizz

04 - 2 cups ginger ale, chilled
05 - 1 cup sparkling water or lemon-lime soda, chilled

→ Fruit & Garnishes

06 - 1 orange, sliced
07 - 1 lemon, sliced
08 - 1 cup fresh cranberries
09 - A few sprigs fresh mint

→ Optional (for a boozy version)

10 - 1 cup chilled prosecco or sparkling wine
11 - 1/2 cup dark rum

# Directions:

01 - In a large punch bowl, combine the cranberry juice, orange juice, and pineapple juice, stirring until well blended.
02 - Pour in the chilled ginger ale and sparkling water (or lemon-lime soda), stirring gently to combine without losing carbonation.
03 - Drop in the orange slices, lemon slices, fresh cranberries, and mint sprigs, distributing them evenly throughout the punch.
04 - For an alcoholic version, stir in the chilled prosecco or sparkling wine and dark rum at this stage.
05 - Add ice just before serving to keep the punch chilled, then ladle into glasses, ensuring each serving gets fruit and mint.

# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • It takes exactly ten minutes and looks like something out of a magazine, yet you barely have to try.
  • The combination of three fruit juices creates a flavor that is far more complex than any single juice could manage on its own.
02 -
  • Add the ice at the very last minute or the punch will dilute faster than you think and lose that bright flavor.
  • Taste the juices before mixing, because some cranberry juices are far sweeter than others and you may want to adjust.
03 -
  • Freeze some cranberries in water in a ring mold and use it as your ice so the punch stays cold and looks incredible.
  • If you go the boozy route, add the prosecco last and right before serving so it does not go flat.
