# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • The sweet and salty combination hits that perfect appetizer balance that makes people reach for just one more
  • These come together in under 40 minutes but taste like something from a restaurant menu
02 -
  • Do not skip reserving that pineapple juice, it makes the glaze thinner and more flavorful than just adding water would
  • The glaze can burn quickly if your oven runs hot, so keep an eye on things during that last 10 minutes
03 -
  • Use a silicone brush instead of a natural bristle one, because this thick glaze will ruin natural brushes
  • If you are doubling the recipe for a bigger crowd, use two baking sheets instead of crowding one
