# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • It comes together in literally five minutes, which means you can hit snooze one more time and still have a decent breakfast
  • The Greek yogurt makes it ridiculously filling without that heavy I just ate a brick feeling that some smoothies leave you with
02 -
  • Frozen bananas eliminate the need for most of the ice while giving you an incredibly thick, almost soft-serve texture
  • Over-blending can make smoothies warm and foamy, so stop as soon as everything looks combined and smooth
03 -
  • Add a pinch of salt if you are using all frozen fruit, it wakes up all the other flavors
  • Pour a little honey down the side of the glass before serving for those pretty drizzle lines on the inside
