01 - Place the diced mango, chopped cucumber, coconut water (or plain water), and fresh lime juice into the blender jar.
02 - If using honey or agave syrup and fresh mint leaves, add them to the blender. Secure the lid and blend on high until completely smooth and no chunks remain.
03 - Pause the blender and taste the mixture. Adjust sweetness by adding more honey or agave syrup if desired, then blend briefly to incorporate.
04 - Add ice cubes to the blender if a colder, thicker consistency is preferred. Pulse a few times until the ice is crushed and evenly distributed.
05 - Pour the smoothie into glasses immediately and serve fresh. Garnish with a cucumber slice or mint sprig if desired.
