# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • The sweet Hawaiian rolls combined with savory garlic butter create this incredible sweet salty contrast that keeps people coming back for seconds
  • Everything cooks together in one pan so you can feed a crowd without standing at the stove flipping individual sandwiches
02 -
  • Keep the rolls connected during prep instead of separating them first or youll drive yourself crazy trying to match tops to bottoms later
  • Let the baked sandwiches rest for at least 3 minutes before cutting or the cheese will ooze out everywhere instead of staying inside where it belongs
03 -
  • Dont skip brushing the butter all the way to the edges of the rolls, every corner needs that garlicky goodness
  • If your rolls seem especially stale, brush the bottoms with a little melted butter before adding the cheese
