# What You Need:

→ Tortillas

01 - 4 large flour tortillas (10-12 inch diameter)

→ Pizza Filling

02 - 1 cup pizza sauce or marinara sauce
03 - 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese (6 oz)
04 - ½ cup sliced pepperoni (optional, substitute with mushrooms for vegetarian)
05 - ½ cup chopped bell peppers
06 - ¼ cup sliced black olives
07 - ¼ cup chopped red onion
08 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano
09 - ½ teaspoon garlic powder

→ Topping & Finishing

10 - Olive oil spray or 2 tablespoons olive oil for brushing
11 - ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
12 - Fresh basil leaves for garnish (optional)

# Directions:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F or air fryer to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper if using oven method.
02 - Lay flour tortillas on a clean work surface. Spread 2-3 tablespoons of pizza sauce in the center of each tortilla, leaving a 1-inch border around edges.
03 - Distribute mozzarella cheese evenly among tortillas. Top with pepperoni (if using), bell peppers, black olives, red onion, oregano, and garlic powder.
04 - Fold in the left and right edges of each tortilla toward the center. Starting from the bottom edge, roll up tightly burrito-style to completely enclose the filling.
05 - Lightly brush or spray the outside of each burrito with olive oil on all sides to promote even browning and crisping.
06 - Oven method: Place burritos seam-side down on prepared baking sheet. Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Air fryer method: Place in air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crisp and browned.
07 - Remove from heat and let cool for 2-3 minutes. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan and fresh basil if desired. Serve immediately with extra pizza sauce or ranch dressing for dipping.

# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • Its the perfect solution when you cant decide between ordering pizza or making burritos, so you just brilliantly do both
  • The tortilla gets incredibly crisp while hugging all that melty cheese, creating this texture combo that makes people hover around the kitchen
02 -
  • Dont overload the filling or youll have a blowout situation in the oven, and nobody wants to clean that up at eight PM
  • Air fryer needs less time than you think, check at six minutes because they go from perfect to burned real fast
03 -
  • Let them rest for five minutes after cooking so the cheese sets up slightly and doesnt burn your mouth on first bite
  • Use kitchen shears to cut them in half diagonally for easier handling and better photos if youre into that
