# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • This drink tastes like vacation in a glass and takes hardly any time to whip up.
  • Every sip is bright, creamy, and refreshing without being too sweet or heavy.
02 -
  • The first time I made this, using room temperature ingredients left me with a watery drink—always chill your coconut milk and water.
  • Waiting too long to serve lets the ice dilute everything, so blend and serve immediately for best results.
03 -
  • If your berries are a bit tart, roasting them for five minutes intensifies their sweetness naturally.
  • Resist the urge to over-blend with ice—stop when it’s slushy so you don’t lose the dreamy texture.
