Yogurt Fruit Bowl (Print Version)

Creamy Greek yogurt layered with fresh seasonal fruits, crunchy granola and a sweet honey drizzle.

# What You Need:

→ Dairy

01 - 1 cup plain Greek yogurt

→ Fruits

02 - 1/2 cup strawberries, sliced
03 - 1/2 cup blueberries
04 - 1/2 cup mango, diced
05 - 1/2 banana, sliced

→ Toppings

06 - 2 tablespoons granola (gluten-free if needed)
07 - 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
08 - 1 tablespoon chia seeds or flax seeds

# Directions:

01 - Divide the Greek yogurt evenly between two serving bowls, spreading it into an even layer.
02 - Wash and dry all fresh fruits. Slice the strawberries, dice the mango, and cut the banana into rounds. Arrange the strawberries, blueberries, mango, and banana over the yogurt in each bowl.
03 - Sprinkle the granola and chia seeds or flax seeds evenly over the fruit-topped yogurt.
04 - Drizzle honey or maple syrup over each bowl if desired. Serve immediately while the granola is still crunchy.

# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • It takes ten minutes from fridge to table and makes you feel like you actually have your life together.
  • The combinations are endless, so you will never get bored no matter how often you make it.
02 -
  • Wet fruit will make the granola soggy within minutes, so pat everything dry before it goes in the bowl.
  • Chia seeds thicken if they sit too long in moisture, so add them right before eating for the right texture.
03 -
  • Use full-fat yogurt if you can, because the richness carries the fruit and honey better than the fat-free versions ever will.
  • Freeze any fruit that is about to go soft and thaw it slightly before adding for an even juicier bowl.
