01 - Wash all fresh fruits thoroughly. Hull and slice the strawberries, rinse the blueberries, peel and chop the kiwi, and slice the banana into even rounds.
02 - Spoon 2 to 3 tablespoons of Greek yogurt into the bottom of each parfait glass, spreading it into an even layer.
03 - Drizzle approximately 1/2 tablespoon of honey evenly over the yogurt layer in each glass.
04 - Arrange a combination of sliced strawberries, blueberries, chopped kiwi, and banana slices over the honey-drizzled yogurt.
05 - Spoon another layer of yogurt over the fruit, drizzle with additional honey, and add more mixed fruit. Repeat until all ingredients are layered, finishing with fruit on top.
06 - Sprinkle granola or toasted nuts over the final fruit layer and garnish with fresh mint leaves. Serve immediately for maximum crunch, or chill for 20 minutes for a softer texture.
