01 - In a small bowl, combine chili powder, ground cumin, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, crushed red pepper flakes (if using), black pepper, and sea salt.
02 - Whisk or stir the spice blend until all ingredients are evenly distributed and no clumps remain.
03 - Transfer the seasoning mix to an airtight container or spice jar. Store at room temperature away from direct sunlight for up to 6 months.
04 - Use 2–3 tablespoons of seasoning per 1 pound of ground meat or vegetables. Taste and adjust salt as needed during cooking.
